Accommodations & Booking
Lodging Room rate includes our delicious multiple-course breakfast served on our porch overlooking the bay or in in our bright common room in front of a roaring fire, plus afternoon tea and baked treats. All of our food items and baked treats are made from scratch in our kitchen using the freshest ingredients available and change daily.
All rooms have air conditioning, complimentary wireless internet, private in-suite bath, and free local calls.
Room 1
Our “cottage room” gives you the feeling of being in your very own Maine cottage. Bay view, high headboard wainscoting, a built-in daybed when not in use is a cozy couch, and wall to wall shelves filled with books, vintage postcards of the area, and a collection of antique pitchers.

Room 2
A cozy room that will make you feel like you are in your own coastal Maine Cottage. White wicker headboard, cottage shutters, and an old fashioned wicker chair to relax and look out over the bay, all combine to give this room lots of personality. Bay view.

Room 3
A bright, whimsical room with cheerful decor and a spectacular view of the bay. A comfy wicker chair nestled in the corner is perfect for catching up on some reading while watching the waves roll in. The white wicker headboard and cottage shutters help set the relaxing mood. Bay view.

Room 4
This corner room has lots of windows and a bay view. Beadboard wainscoting, soft colors, and wicker and pine furniture give this lovely room the feeling of a breezy summer day in Maine. A hand painted mural by a local artist of a trompe l’oiel fireplace is the focal point of the room. Terrific Bay View.

Room 5
This corner room gets the golden afternoon sun. The two windows provide extra light and the room has a terrific view of Linekin Bay. A comfortable armchair allows you to curl up with a good book while enjoying your water view at the same time.

Our sea mariners room has a marvelous bay view with soft coastal colors, white coastal poster bed and enough sea shells to let you know you are on the coast. To counter those cool evening sea breezes this room has a romantic fireplace with a hand painted willow design. Bay View.

Room 8
Enjoy spectacular views of Linekin Bay from two separate directions from this rooms four windows. The morning sun bathes this cheerful corner room and soft pastel colors and vintage coastal nightlites add to the feeling of being in your own Maine Coastal Cottage.

Room 9
We love this light, cheery room. It’s very Maine cottage in feel. The walls are hand painted blue and white stripes above crisp, white wainscoting. There is a little window seat below a diamond-shaped window, a cheerful quilt on the queen bed, and a wonderful view of the bay.

Room 10
One of our more requested rooms. Fall leaves are spectacular from this corner room that catches the morning sun. With water views in two directions, you’ll know every lobster and sail boat on Linekin Bay. A King size bed, a little hand painted night stand, a “shabby chic” dresser all add to this rooms individuality. Terrific Bay View.

Room 11
“By the sea by the beautiful sea”. You’ll see what we mean when you see this room. Tucked under one of the five gables, a window seat all cozy with pillows and overlooking the bay, soft blues, and a summery white chenille spread on the queen bed all lend to make this one of the most tranquil rooms in the inn. Room 12
Like being in one of those old-fashioned attic rooms. This room has character. Charming slanted ceilings, skylight, a window seat overlooking the bay and a vintage armchair all combine to make this a very popular room with our guests. Bay View.

Room 14
Our largest room. You may feel like a sea captain in here. Located under the 2 large gables, you’ll know you’re in Maine when you see the shimmering view of Linekin Bay from this room. After dark, when the view is covered by night, you can enjoy the seating area in front of the working fireplace with its antique marble mantle. Terrific Bay View.

Room 15
The star of this room is the seascape mural that goes up and over the bed painted by a local artist. Sleep under hand painted clouds and billowing white awning. This is another one of our “gable rooms” with slanted ceilings and a charming window seat with a view of the bay.

Room 16
Water water everywhere. Our smallest room has the best view in the inn. Your head never has to leave the pillow to gaze on water, trees, and sky. This delightful corner room, located under one of the five gables, has slanted ceilings and a window seat just right for reading. Handmade and hand painted queen bed.

Room 17
The twin beds in this room (which can be made into a king) are covered cheery red, white and blue quilts. Coastal Maine cottage shutters, a vintage hand painted armoire and white wainscoting headboard sets off the room.
